Quetzal Tzab Gonzalez is from Isla Mujeres , he has being studying Bio-cultural heritage at the UNAM and has a University Title from the Carlos III University in Madrid as an Expert on Indigenous Rights, Human Rights , International Cooperation. The last 3 years he has worked for the goverment in Playa del Carmen as a Chief of Indigenous Issues . He is a nature-based tour guide and has promoted whale-shark tourism at the Caribbean sea near Isla Mujeres.
